FAQs

Yes. You pay once and PageTatin is yours to use for as long as you need it. There is no subscription, no annual renewal, and no pricing tier that removes features you rely on.

Then you get your money back. If PageTatin doesn’t function as described on your platform within 30 days of purchase, email us at [co*****@********in.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll refund you in full within 5 business days — no lengthy back-and-forth, no conditions. See our full Refund Policy for the details.

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported by Paddle. Paddle processes all payments securely — we never see or store your payment details.

No — prices shown are net (before tax). Local taxes are calculated automatically at checkout by Paddle based on your location. US customers pay no VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay 0% under the Reverse Charge mechanism. EU consumers pay their local VAT rate, which Paddle collects and remits on our behalf.

Yes. PageTatin runs entirely on your machine. It will need an internet connection to check for updates and occasional license-re-verification. Your flat-plan data is stored locally — it never leaves your computer. There is also a local help documentation.

That is actually a good thing because then you can submit it via the app’s possibility to send feedback. Furthermore you will help making PageTatin a better product. In software there will always be bugs and only if you submit them, I can make sure to improve the app.

The “Freelancer” license allows installation and activation on up to 2 devices belonging to the same user (for example, a desktop Mac and a Windows laptop). The “Small Teams” license allows up to 2 activations per user, for up to 5 users.

All feature updates and bug fixes released within 12 months of your purchase date are included at no extra charge. After 12 months, PageTatin continues to work exactly as purchased – you simply have the option to purchase an update license for major new versions if and when they are released.

Contact me at support[at]pagetatin.com and I will arrange a custom license for your team.

Right after purchase you’ll receive two emails: a receipt from Paddle (our payment processor), and a separate license delivery email from support[at]pagetatin.com with your license key in a clearly labeled block. Enter the key in PageTatin at first launch to activate.

No — and deliberately so. Instead of an artificial trial with locked features, you get the full application and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn’t work as described, you pay nothing.

Of course there will always be a feature that is missing from any given app. If you submit your idea via a request from the app, I will do my best to implement it – though I cannot guarantee it. Depending on the complexity of the request it might end up in a future major version update.
