I want you to be confident buying PageTatin. If the software does not work as described on your supported platform, I will refund you in full — no questions.

  • The email address used at purchase
  • Your Paddle order number (found on your receipt)
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced

I will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.

What qualifies for a refund

  • PageTatin fails to install on a supported operating system (macOS, Windows, Linux)
  • PageTatin crashes consistently and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Core advertised functionality does not work as described
  • You purchased the wrong licence tier and contact me within 30 days — we will arrange a correction

What does not qualify for a refund

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Incompatibility with a non-supported or heavily customised operating system configuration
  • Feature requests — if a feature you want is not currently in PageTatin, please contact us before purchasing
  • Purchased more than 30 days ago (except where required by applicable consumer protection law)

EU consumer rights

Our 30-day money-back guarantee for non-functioning software is separate from and additional to your statutory rights — it does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
